Delivery time & shipping costs

We process your order within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.

When you order from AdornPay, your package will be shipped by PostNL (within the Netherlands) or DPD/PostNL (outside the Netherlands). When you place an order over €100, shipping (within the Netherlands) is free. Below this amount, we charge shipping costs. 

PostNL 

When you choose 'PostNL package', your package will be delivered by a PostNL courier. With this shipping method, you will receive a track & trace code, which allows you to track your package from the moment of shipment until delivery. 

Do you want to return a package? Returning a product (within the Netherlands) is free. Please contact our customer service at support@adornpay.nl for this. You will then receive a return label sent to you via email. Stick the return label on the box and drop off the package at a PostNL point near you. 

Note: returning from abroad is at your own expense, make sure you are certain of your ring size before ordering a ring. Check for the correct size in our size chart. Or order our Ring sizer here.

The shipping costs within the Netherlands (for amounts under €100) with PostNL are €7.95.
